CONCRETE FUNNEL MECHANISM

A sheet metal composed funnel mechanism designed for an existing fluid transfer system that optimizes in concrete fluid mixture control. It's intended function is to direct concrete into narrow openings within walls and unique crevices.

Function 1: User for wall fillings at any angles (360 degree of freedom) with narrow opening.
Function 2: Direct mounting integration to the chute dispensing system.

RADIUS & RECTANGULAR SCRAPER

A manually operated tool conforming to concrete dispensing chutes. The Hemispherical & Rectangular head and concrete grabbing steel wire mitigates concrete loss ensuring that the chutes are clean during operation cycles, therefore eliminating exposure of hazardous debris to domestic areas. With the bi-directional scraping feature, users have the option to scrape with or without steel wire and is applicable to multiple surfaces. Scrapers are added to the accessory mixture and mounted on the fender side of the agitator truck.

Designed to be used for a specific application. When the side chute travels, concrete residue spills. With the application of the Rectangular Scraper, users can maintain a higher level of cleaning assurance for the Side Chute. Mounting option is available to the bucket.
